TAMPA, Fla -- OTD Americas, a global business process outsourcing company, is excited to announce that Derrek Davis has joined the company as Senior Director, International Operations. In this role, he will oversee all aspects of operations management for OTD Americas’ global contact centers. 

As Senior Director, International Operations, Derrek is responsible for delivering world-class operational performance, ensuring excellent client services, and collaborating with executive management to effectively execute OTD America’s key initiatives.
