Bethan Cross Joins SWC Group Executive Management Team

With over twenty-five years of globally diverse industry experience in Operational Management, Mrs. Cross has built a solid reputation for providing exceptional service by understanding and exceeding client expectations.

As our Vice President of Operations, Mrs. Cross will maximize staff potential while providing leadership in areas of operational process delivery. Prior to joining SWC Group, Mrs. Cross served as the Chief Operating Officer for the CMI Group, where she was responsible for the oversight of three operational call center locations in multiple states, as well as over 1,000 employees throughout multiple departments.
