James’ decades of experience in student loans will be instrumental in ensuring the highest level of performance for SRS’s Federal Private Collection Agency (PCA) clients.
James’ experience includes over twenty years working on Federal student loans, including positions as contract administrator and vice president-level operations management at two PCAs. His keen understanding of student loan contracts, the market, and how to best service Federal student loan receivables, will help bring SRS to the front of the pack as a compliant performance leader.
