NORWELL, Mass. – EOS USA, a leading provider of customer care and accounts receivables solutions, has further strengthened its organization with the appointment of Mike Dunn as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the EOS Services Division. Mike brings a wealth of industry knowledge and proven leadership to this newly-created position which will play a key role in the company’s continued success.
Mike will be responsible for the overall operations of the EOS Services Division which serves a variety of target markets including utilities, communications, higher education, government and financial services. He will lead this division in operations management, strategic planning, process optimization and meeting client objectives.
Mike comes to EOS USA with a proven track record in results-driven operations management. His more than 24 years of industry experience has equipped him with an extensive knowledge of the consumer and commercial segments in EOS’ target markets.
Prior to joining EOS USA, Mike served as the Vice President of Credit and Collections with Conn’s HomePlus, a specialty retailer based in The Woodlands, TX. While there, he supervised two internal contact centers, oversaw onshore and offshore contracted vendors, managed quality and compliance functions, organized the internal training programs and led operations strategy for a $1.4 billion credit portfolio. Before joining Conn’s, he worked at I.C. System for more than 20 years in a variety of roles in operations, business development, training and customer service. While there as SVP of Operations, he directed five branch offices with approximately 1,200 employees serving Fortune 500, small business, government, utilities and healthcare clients. As COO, he provided strategic direction and had full P&L and administrative responsibility for collection, call center and BPO operations, customer service and sales.
Mike is a veteran of the U.S. Army and attended the University of Wisconsin.
In addition, Bob Tisone has joined EOS USA as Vice President of Business Development where he will be responsible for growing the client base within the government sector. Bob brings to the sales team more than 25 years of experience in municipal management, business development, technology, public policy, governmental relations and alliance management. He previously held positions with Xerox, Teradata, Navient/Sallie Mae, and GC Services as well as served as the Deputy Mayor for the City of Alton, IL. Bob served honorably in the U.S. Army and holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University. Bob also serves on the board of the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Development Board.
