Hunter Warfield, Inc., (HWI) a firm specializing in collections and asset investigations, announced today that it has been awarded contracts to collect delinquent funds for four major multi- housing property management firms.

For nearly 25 years, HWI has been offering clients the ability to shorten cycles on debt collection, providing clients with the benefits of reduced operational expenses, improved financial accuracy and accountability, and a cost-effective means to recoup its assets.

The Lynd Company, a property management firm based in Texas with a portfolio of over 25,000 units in numerous communities throughout nine states, contracted HWI to enhance its ability to turn around revenue as well as improve its performance.

Similarly, Lane Management Corporation, an Atlanta-based firm with over 30,000 units throughout the southeastern United States has joined HWI’s growing customer base. As an organization that has developed more than $1 billion of real estate, Lane Management Corporation is now the first company to provide collection accounts through its property management software directly to HWI.

BPG Properties has contracted with the Company as well because its innovative debt management offers clients with diverse products a cost- effective channel to truly understand the markets it serves and a method to effectively deal with difficult situations.

Financial success and a dedication to quality service are key factors why companies are developing relationships HWI. Perry Reid Properties, a prominent property management firm, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, is a firm that provides the highest quality property management services. “By turning our collection process over to a professional, we feel we can concentrate more on what we do best — providing great customer service to our residents. We feel the service provided by Hunter Warfield will help us track our collection accounts more efficiently, greatly reduce the number of uncollectible accounts and in the end increase our bottom line,” said Angela Mahar, Controller of Perry Reid Properties.

According to Tracy Legg, vice president of HWI, “The ability to easily manage our clients’ assets is a key factor in deciding to join our client base. Our reporting system coupled with a great staff allows us to concentrate on our clients needs, which is ultimately collecting more money. We offer unique programs such as Hunter Warfield University that serve to educate our employees and benefit our clients. By investing in our own valuable human resources, who act as an extension of our clients’ organizations, it enables us to further our clients’ success,” she said.

“We have increased our portfolio by over 75,000 units with the addition of our new clients,” added Legg. “With high liquidation rates and impeccable service, our achievements position us as America’s leading collection agency in the multi-housing marketplace and we are poised for continued future growth,” she also noted.
