Executive Change: Brian J. Wasilewski Appointed CEO of HBCS

The Board of Directors of HBCS announces the appointment of Brian J. Wasilewski as President and CEO of HBCS, effective March 8, 2010.

Brian has served as the Vice President of Operations for HBCS since July 2003. In November 2009, he was appointed by the Board as the Interim CEO upon the retirement of Jack Byrnes. Brian’s client focus, industry expertise, and strategic thinking will contribute greatly to the Company’s success. The Board of Directors has the utmost confidence in his leadership and vision for the future of HBCS.
