New Features Enhance Flexibility, Control & Uses for Communication Technology

The new features and functionality of the Predictive Dialer (PD) and Interactive Communications (IC) modules will be available for installation or upgrade following IAT’s Annual User Conference, September 14-16, 2005, in Norfolk, VA. Customer input and IAT’s knowledge of the collections market inspired the dramatic product enhancements.


Highlights of CT Center 5.0 include:

  • Manager control of agent work flow ¡V definable and assignable list groups, agent dialer type (PD/IC), dial mode (Predictive, Power, Preview, Passive), and list access (individual list or list group)
  • Agent Access — new list groups functionality, floating/docked CT Center toolbar, easy access via icon
  • IC Agent – a non-dialer agent who can take CT Center PD or IC calls with screen pop
  • Electronic processing of credit card and check payments — real-time, directly from dialogues
  • List groups — definable/shared/personal; use for list chaining, moving agents from list to list, and more
  • Integrated call recording (3rd party) – record calls for office &/or dialer; log by phone number; index recorded dialer calls by designated fields for easy look-up
  • New dialogues, Spanish versions of all dialogues, additional dialogue flexibility
  • Reports – New Credit Card and Check Payments report with electronic payment information
  • CT Center storage of complete customer account data for inbound calls, routing, easy account lookup
  • Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) using Structured Query Language (SQL) — Real-time host data access for account lookup and exporting of call results to host
  • CT Impact — Interactive Voice Messages on Demand
    • IAT does all the calling with optional call transfer to your office
    • Internet Web Page Access: submit data, monitor campaign status and results, record messages, etc.
