In his role as Director of Client Services, Mr. Richardson’s primary focus is developing and strengthening existing relationships with ACT’s clients through proactive communication with our Client Services Team.

Since first stepping into the debt collection arena over 20 years ago as a collector, his level of involvement expanded to include high-level executive responsibilities encompassing nearly every aspect managing and operating a collection facility. Mr. Richardson also has significant experience in sales; his many years spent servicing clients in the collection arena supports Mr. Richardson’s ability to lead ACT’s Client Services department.
