Mark Middlekamp joined Vertex in 2008 as the Head of Marketing, North America.  Mark has over 20 years experience in the technology and customer management arenas.

Prior to joining Vertex, Mark spent eight years with Convergys in various roles including marketing, product management and strategic planning.  Earlier in his career, Mark has held various marketing and program management positions with Motorola and Procter & Gamble.  Mark holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University, an MS from Southern Methodist University, and an MBA from Xavier University.
