Kevin Finnerty, Assistant County Executive, presented the proclamation on Maggie Brooks’ behalf to Mark Davitt, President and CEO of ConServe and his entire staff. In addition, Judy Seil, Director of Planning and Development, shared a few words with the staff regarding ConServe’s positive impact on the Greater Rochester community.
ConServe is a leader in the third-party collections industry and specializes in recovering education debt for the U.S. Department of Education, numerous guaranty agencies, and colleges and universities from all over the country.
On this day, Dwight Vigna, Director of the Default Resolution Group, and Richard Galloway, Contracting Officer Representative from the U.S. Department of Education, presented ConServe with a banner award for the number one performing agency on the U.S. Department of Education’s Quarterly Evaluation and Contract to Date Evaluation for Small Business ("Usual Suspects Top ED Collection Contract for First Quarter," April 21). ConServe is the only small business contractor to have earned this very competitive quarterly distinction at least five times on the small business contract with the U.S. Department of Education.
In addition, ConServe also invited local resident and sport celebrity Patrick Kaleta, Buffalo Sabres defenseman, to the event, who cited ConServe’s competitive spirit, and visited and signed autographs with ConServe staff to celebrate this event.
Davitt stated, “This is an exciting time in ConServe’s history. It is because of all of you (ConServe staff members) that I accept these prestigious awards. ConServe is successful due to the talent and commitment of each and every one of its team members.”
