VANCOUVER, WA ? Columbia Ultimate, the industry expert in providing software and integrated solutions for collecting money, today announced that San Diego County Office of Revenue and Recovery has selected to deploy its RPCS solution to further enhance and support county collections efforts.


San Diego County will deploy RPCS to further enhance compliance with their government-mandated obligations by helping to streamline and organize methods for collecting outstanding court fines, Probation fees, Public Defender fees, bad checks and other miscellaneous accounts. RPCS will further help county staff set automated payment plans while tracking and managing accounts with follow-up at pre-determined intervals to insure effective and efficient recovery.
