Executive Bio: Watse Krol

Watse Krol oversees First Revenue Assurance’s business operations and directs business growth strategies.  Responsibilities include: delivery of current and future budgets; management of the Sales and Development staff; oversees strategy, execution, client delivery, and employee leadership.

Watse’s accomplishments include: accumulating over 20 years experience in the collections field, starting with FRA as a Collection Manager and working his way into the COO and then CEO position that he currently holds.  Watse developed FRA’s scoring model which enabled FRA not only to cut costs but also improved our client ranking with all active clients.  In addition Watse was a finalist for Innovator of the Year in 2005-2006 for parent company Vertex and was named employee of the month in January 2005.  Watse attended Boise State University and majored in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources.
