Formation of New Collection Law Firm and Servicer Announced

Maryland – David Schlee and Michael Stillman are pleased to announce the formation of a new law firm; Schlee & Stillman, LLC., together with a new servicing entity, Legal Outsource, LLC. These entities will be specializing in the areas of debt collection and back-office legal processing. The two principals have a combined 30 years of experience in the Collection industry. The new venture will initially be handling legal collections within the state of Maryland, with plans for future expansion to include additional jurisdictions and national legal collection efforts.

Schlee & Stillman, LLC, will be utilizing the experience of its founding principles, together with the relationship with its associated law firm, Stillman Law Office, to focus on client-driven legal needs within the Accounts Receivable Management industry. Schlee & Stillman, LLC will utilize these resources to maximize recovery of delinquent debts for its clients in all facets of the legal channel. In addition to a focus on maximizing recoveries, Schlee & Stillman, LLC will also focus on the ever increasing need to incorporate a strong compliance program together with the expanding operational efficiency required in today’s law firm environment.

Legal Outsource, LLC will be the exclusive servicer for Schlee & Stillman, LLC, and will have its physical operations located in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Legal Outsource, LLC will provide centralized and streamlined legal processing to its clients and will use the latest technology advances allowing its partners to expand into multiple areas while maximizing efficiencies.
