American Profit Recovery has once again taken on their largest charitable effort during the year; Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. American Profit recovery, a collection agency in Massachusetts with other offices in Michigan and North Carolina, has been raising money for months, both with internal employee events and external fundraising.
The collection agency walked in both Boston and Howell Michigan, had great turnout in both events and raised $3,800 for these two locations. The company has participated in Making Strides for five years and has raised an estimated total of over $50,000 during that time.
Starting in September with their annual employee week, APR gave employees a chance to have a little fun and raise money for this important cause. With a number of internal contests and fun events, employees rallied around this cause as they do every year.
Employees also had the chance to raise money by putting several managers in a dunk tank. The very humorous video can be seen below:
“We are always encouraged by how well this team embraces our charitable efforts,” states Jeff DiMatteo, a partner at American Profit Recovery. “We are also excited to see more and more collection agencies take on new and important roles in our communities and show the public that our industry can make an impact where we live.”
