ABC-Amega Inc. has named Thomas J. Riker Divisional Vice President, Operations.
Riker will oversee management of key client portfolios for ABC-Amega’s 1st and 3rd party collection divisions. His other responsibilities include driving implementation of new outsourcing projects and managing the division’s outsourcing collection and customer retention staff.
Riker, who joined ABC-Amega in 2003 and has more than 35 years experience in call center operations, previously held the position of Director of Operations for ABC-Amega’s SoftCall® Division. He has served as Director of Call Center Operations for Cablevision, Director of Operations for DigiVision Satellite Services, and Customer Service and Administration for Prime Cable.
Riker’s promotion reflects ABC-Amega’s continuing focus on improving effectiveness, efficiency and quality service.
