Karen’s professional experience includes 17 years as an HR consultant for United Airlines World Headquarters in Chicago and 10 years as an independent consultant. She has designed and implemented performance improvement initiatives within sales, customer service, operations and corporate divisions in North and South America, Europe and Asia. As Director, Organizational Development, at Hudson & Keyse, LLC, Karen is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR systems including employee training and development.
