Executive Change: Maggie McCoy Adams to MRS as Director of Quality Assurance

Cherry Hill, NJ: MRS Associates, Inc. (MRS) announced the hiring of Maggie McCoy Adams to the position of Director of Quality Assurance. Ms. Adams joins MRS after 8.5 years with Arrow Financial Services.

In her new position, Ms. Adams will be responsible for managing all aspects of MRS’s Quality Assurance for its three call centers. While it is important that client expectations and performance are being met and exceeded, it is Maggie’s and MRS’s belief that it is even more important to ensure that it is done with the utmost integrity and within the guidelines of all applicable laws.

Maggie McCoy Adams offers over 10 years of leadership experience in the international ARM industry, focused on internal operational processes including; Auditing and Compliance, Client and Contract Management, and Human Performance Improvement. Most recently, Maggie served as the Director of Client Services for Sallie Mae’s Asset Performance Group where she was responsible for leading Client Services, Contract Administration, and Customer Support teams across Arrow Financial Services, Pioneer Credit Recovery and General Revenue Corporation. Maggie holds both her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She holds certificates from ITESM: Monterrey, Mexico for Spanish Language Study as well as ASTD certificates in Organizational Change and E-Learning.
