ER Solutions, Inc. (ERS), a Convergent Resources, Inc. company, announced today they have occupied 60,320 square foot of leased space in the Time Square project in Renton, Washington. ERS occupies the entire 800 Building, one of five buildings in the Time Square campus. Bedford Property Investors, a self-administered equity real estate in-vestment trust is the lessor.


Convergent Resources, Inc. is among the ten largest accounts receivable management companies in the U.S. today. ER Solutions is one of four CRI companies and offers a comprehensive array of collection and recovery services to major credit grantors in the banking and financial institutions, telecommunication and utility industries.


ERS was founded in the Seattle area in 1950 and originally located to Renton in July 2000. Today ERS is the third largest employer in Renton with 504 employees. The new facility has capacity for over 750. ERS also operates call centers in Phoenix, AZ, Hous-ton, TX and Atlanta, GA.


Steve Hunter, President of ERS said, “during the five years we have been in Renton we have seen the fastest growth in our 55 year history. Renton has been an excellent area to recruit and hire quality people. When our previous lease expired there was no question that we wanted to remain in this area.”


At 3:00pm on Thursday, September 22 ERS is hosting a ribbon cutting/building dedica-tion ceremony at their new facility located at 800 SW 39th Street in Renton. Renton’s Mayor, Kathy Keolker-Wheeler is expected to attend as are the Renton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Club, Peter Kacer, CEO of Convergent Resources, Inc., and representatives from Bedford Properties.
