Executive Change: Brian Peek to American Coradius as CEO

Brian Peek has been named Chief Executive Officer at American Coradius International LLC effective October 22nd, 2007.  He most recently consulted for COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center Inc.) by assisting contact center businesses like ACI with various operational improvement strategies. 

Prior to working with COPC, Brian was Senior Vice President and Director of Support Services with FirstSource Advantage (formally known as Account Solutions Group), where he was an original member of the management team hired to execute the expansion of the company into an industry leader.  Brian joined ASG with nearly 12 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically in the finance, information technology and consumer lending divisions.

His leadership in the adoption, certification and multiple re-certifications to the COPC-2000 standard at ASG led him to a current seat on the Standards Committee.  This committee, made up of global companies, meets biannually to discuss proposed changes and improvements to the COPC Family of Standards.

Brian is also one of the original founders and eight-term Treasurer of the Columbia Ultimate Users Group, incorporated in 1997 to drive software development enhancements to meet evolving industry requirements.

Brian serves on the Board of Directors at Meals on Wheels for Western New York, and chairs the MIS Committee.  Meals on Wheels for WNY delivers almost 800,000 meals to more than 3,000 local Western New Yorkers on an annual basis.
