StraTribune Interview with New ACA International CEO

MINNEAPOLIS – On Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, the Minneapolis StarTribune published an extensive interview with ACA International CEO and General Counsel Rozanne M. Andersen, CAE, discussing the economic and regulatory challenges facing the credit and collection industry.

Entering the new decade, the debt collection industry is faced with several major issues—the recession affecting consumers’ ability to pay; Congress considering the CFPA; and growing concern about consumers’ rights, to name a few.
