Skip tracing and directory assistance provider Fletch Data announced Wednesday that it will be offering a new integrated skip tracing solution to the ARM industry that utilizes live phone company data and a live property database.
The new solution, iWolf, will be introduced to the collection industry at the annual ACA Convention in Chicago July 25-27. iWolf integrates live credit file information with live Telco-sourced phone numbers and the country’s most expansive property databases. Fletch Data said in a press release that it is the only product available today utilizing live credit and telephone data.
In its initial service release, a secure FTP site will be used for manual processing of search requests. In early September iWolf will provide a user interface that will allow clients to request and load their files in a simple, self-service environment. Using the
same interface iWolf clients will have the ability to preview the results on-line. As the product continues to evolve, iWolf will add employment and neighborhood demographic information, custom models that rank debtors by their likelihood to pay-by amount, along with other proprietary databases. An interactive on-line version will be available in the spring of 2008.
“iWolf was defined by the industry’s experts to deliver dynamic intelligence to the skip tracing arena,” said Dan Exline, Fletch Data’s CEO.
iWolf will be sold exclusively through Fletch Data.
