This innovative debt-collecting service offers 24-hour convenience to ACCESS Receivables Management’s consumers and businesses by eliminating communication with a collection representative. VirtualACCESS allows customers to pay bills, schedule payments and resolve financial disputes from the convenience of their personal computers.

Studies have shown that many debtors shy away from calling collection agencies because they are intimidated or embarrassed about their financial situation. This new service can improve the payment experience for apprehensive debtors.
