  • Document imaging through Compass e-documents’ software that captures both paper and electronic documents like emails, faxes and Microsoft Office files; 
  • Security improvements that offer managers better control of the AR process, including Role Profile capability that assigns system users, managers, administrators and collectors specific permissions level;
  • Account Flow Management enhancement that enable managers to control which strategies can be applied by individual users for optimal efficiency and side action strategies to allow collectors to perform a series of actions on accounts without removing the account from its active strategy.  More than a dozen new AFM actions have also been added to ManageMed 4.0.
