Wixom, Mich. – Recognizing the importance and complexity of the regulatory environment facing the ARM industry, DANTOM Systems recently entered the Tech Lock Certified™ Program, provided by Tech Lock. Once completed, DANTOM Systems will offer its clients the unique combination of both SAS 70 Type II audited controls and external validation of compliance with regulatory standards. DANTOM will be the only collection letter service provider to offer a successful SAS 70 Type II audit, PCI DSS certification, FISMA certification and numerous state regulations.

Upon completion, reports will be available to clients that will validate DANTOM’s compliance with numerous state and federal laws and regulations, such as PCI DSS, GLBA, FISMA, HIPAA/HITECH ISO 27002, Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00: Standards for the Protection of Personal Information of Residents of the Commonwealth, Minnesota Plastic Card Security Act, and Nevada Personal Information Law NRS 603a and Senate Bill No. 227.
