Collection Agency Acquired by Private Equity Group

Buffalo, NY – American Coradius International LLC, a Delaware company founded by a Buffalo, NY-based private equity group, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of American Coradius, Inc. (ACI), a privately held collection agency.

ACI, based in Buffalo, was founded in 1989 by Theresa and Bruce Weinstein, and has grown to be a leading provider of outsourced recovery services specializing in the automotive and bank card industry. ACI has 125 employees in 3 locations in western New York.

The company has just completed moving its corporate headquarters to a new 21,000 square foot facility at 2420 Sweet Home Rd in Amherst, New York.
