Executive Change: John Rutkowski to Head SIMM Associates? New Probate Collection Division

NEWARK, DE – SIMM Associates, Inc. announces the addition of John Rutkowski to its executive staff. John will become the Department Manager for the new Probate Collection Division of SIMM Associates, Inc.

“John brings years of direct creditor management and third-party probate recovery experience to our company”, comments Jeff Simendinger, SVP and COO of SIMM. “By adding John to our staff and opening the Probate Division, we are able to offer additional support to our existing and potential clients by servicing the probate segment of their portfolios.”

John joins SIMM following 14 years of service with Estate Recoveries, Inc. in Baltimore, MD where he served as VP of Collections and Marketing. Prior to ERI John was with MBNA from 1986 to 1996 and managed in several departments including Collections and Recovery.

John is a graduate of Widener University and resides with his family in Wilmington, DE.
