Executive Change: America?s Recovery Solutions Names Skip Foster CEO

Amherst, Ohio-based America?s Recovery Solutions, LLC has named industry veteran Skip Foster as President and Chief Executive Officer effective August 1, 2008. Foster will become a partner in the organization as well as being the lead executive in charge.

Foster, a native of Cleveland, has been in the collection business for over 37 years and has long been recognized for his accomplishments as a key member of Senior Executive teams at collection agencies over the past 25+ years, including Van Ru Credit Corp, National Asset Management and West Asset Management, among others.
