Executive Change: Mark Robertson, New Head of Recoveries at Fredrickson International Limited

Surrey based debt collection agency, Fredrickson International, has promoted Mark Robertson to Head of Recoveries.

Mark was formerly the Senior Collections Manager and has been instrumental in enhancing the collections platform at Fredrickson International which is widely acknowledged to be the most sophisticated in the industry.  Mark has been with Fredrickson since 1997, prior to this he worked for CCI and Equifax.

Commenting on his appointment, Mark said “I have enjoyed my career at Fredrickson and have seen the company grow from 30 staff when I joined to more than 200 now.  We have invested heavily in our infrastructure during the past few years and are now clearly benefitting, along with our clients, from this approach.  We currently lead nearly every league table and are seen as a dominant force in the collections arena.”
